Founding Team, Clean Floridian LLC
A cleaning company built on doing what you said you'd do.
Why We Started
Clean Floridian was born out of frustration. During a family health emergency, a big-chain cleaner failed us completely. We realized our community deserved both the reliability of a real business and the heart of a neighbor. So we built our foundation on integrity, strict quality control, and we are actually wiping down every surface.
What We Believe
Every clean starts with a checklist, and that checklist is a promise. When an item is checked off, it means the work was actually done to a standard we would want in our own home. How you do anything is how you do everything. This is why we damp-mop as the final step and never miss the dust you only see in the right light.
Who We Serve
We bring a luxury cleaning experience to Saint Johns County, including Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, World Golf Village, and St. Augustine. Whether it is a recurring home clean or keeping a business presentation-ready, you get the same standard every visit: dependable, thorough, and verifiable.
Our Mission: Verifiable Excellence in Every Corner
We bridge the gap between heavy-handed corporate services and unreliable solo cleaners. Our mission is to provide Saint Johns County with a luxury cleaning experience rooted in integrity, strict quality control, and the simple promise of doing exactly what we said we'd do.
